Search Public Data – Latest Tool Announced by Google
Google has just launched their brand new tool called Google Public Data Explorer, which is an experimental visualization tool in Google Labs aimed at providing an array of data in visual form based upon the statistics gathered from World Bank and other firms.
Google announced that Public data explorer tool will help people find reliable data and statistics on a variety of subjects. Yet again, Google has analyzed anonymous search logs to find patterns in the kinds of searches people are doing in order to prioritize which data sets to include in their public data search feature.
There are more than 80 most popular data and statistics search topics like School comparisons, unemployment, population, salaries etc. Check out the complete list in this PDF.
