Google Buys ITA Software For $700 Million

Google has announced that it has acquired ITA Software, a company which provides flights information on the web, for $700 million. Some say that Google will be struck by antitrust lawsuits as it’s the biggest search engine on the web, while ITA Software is the biggest travel search firm.
